The highest peak in Wales is also the hgihest in the British Isles outside of Scotland, making it a very populat summit for UK hillwalkers. Many know this peak by its English name "Snowdon," but in 2024 the Welsh National Park Authority officially transitioned to called the mountain by its Welsh name: "Yr Wyffda."
